Return & Exchange Policy
We want every client to feel secure in choosing Aurea. To protect both our customers and the integrity of our products, we maintain a clear and fair policy:
- 7-Day Window – Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7-days of delivery. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items – If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide your choice of a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
- Other Returns – For cases other than damage or incorrect items, refunds are not available. Instead, we offer store credit or an exchange for another pair of sunglasses of equal value.
- Condition Requirement – Returned sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not qualify.
